Membership Terms

[FINAL MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT PENDING] Credit expiration, rollover, minimum charges, and cancellation provisions will be inserted after business and legal review. Membership inquiries do not constitute enrollment or payment.

• Materials are billed separately unless otherwise stated.
• Service credits apply only to qualifying HomeKeeper labor.
• Specialized subcontractor work is not included in service credits.
• Additional work may have a minimum service charge.

• Membership does not include emergency response.
• Membership does not include major construction.
• Licensed/specialty work may be referred to or coordinated with appropriate professionals.
